Our policy

To ensure guests get the most all round benefit from Fresh Nest Spa & Nail Bar we request that all clients follow our guidelines:

  • Respect the privacy of fellow guests

  • Keep noise levels low

  • Refrain from smoking/vaping

  • Put phones on silent while in the spa

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within seven days of your appointment.

 

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Should you cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your booking we will ask that you pay for your appointment in full.

​Kindly note should your appointment be rescheduled or cancelled too many times within 2 days of your booking our system will automatically put a block on your account.

 

NO SHOWS

If you no show for your appointment we will ask that you pay for the full service missed and should you have more than one no show your account will be blocked.


GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the price of services, however, it will be left at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash preferred but the option for tipping on credit card will also be available.
 
ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can have time to look at colours or relax before your appointment. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, there will be no guarantee we will be able to fulfill your appointment and you may still be charged for the full service.
 
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.

PRICES
Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
 
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are sold from $50 onward, they are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used for gratuities. Expired gift cards will not be accepted past the expiration date.
 
SERVICE ANIMALS AND PETS
We do not allow pets of any kind into our treatment rooms.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Please notify us before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. If you feel you have a medical condition or are currently under medical supervision, it is recommended that you consult your physician before visiting the spa.
